Come with me as I  ride on a packed metro, where, in this case, everyone is essentially on top of each other for the most part.  The sounds of the metro moving about getting to its next stop first start with the loud beep of telling the riders the door is closing, followed by a reminder to watch out for pickpocketing while riding the vehicle. It might be white noise here in Paris to most, but for me, it's nice because on a crowded metro where there's no breathing room, I sometimes rely on the sounds of the metro to tell me when we are getting close to stopping since I hardly can see over many peoples shoulders in many cases. Metro Audio

This study abroad was an eye-opener when it came to sports media before going on this trip. I’m not going to lie to you; I was so focused only on ESPN when it came to sports journalism.   Meet former Italian rhythmic   Olympian G ymnast  Elisa Blanchi. Elisa is 34 years old now. She started when she was just three years of age. To her name, she has 100 international medals, including five gold results at the world championships. She has appeared in three Olympic games: Athens when she was just 16, Beijing in 2008, and London in 2012. Her training is no joke. She would wake up, train for eight hours, and then go to school.     In these types of competitions, Routine was essential to Elisa, especially on the day of the competition. It would start early in the morning with makeup and some good food; she then would head to the SportsCenter, where she gets some training and relax before the match. Before I get going with today’s blog,  I want to take the time to thank those who have been giving me words of encouragement and sharing their thoughts in the comment section about what they just read.
